What is the Process of Apartment Cleanouts?

You will contact us for a free estimate for your Apartment Cleanout. If you are satisfied with the estimate we can schedule an appointment to remove the items that you are looking to part with. On the day of the removal we will contact you with our estimated time of arrival. We will carefully remove all items and dispose of them properly, whether that be to the transfer station or a donation center.

Do I Have to be Present for the Apartment Cleanout?

How Soon Can I Schedule an Apartment Cleanout?

After an estimate is given we typically will schedule the removal for the next day. In some instances we may be able to accommodate on the same day!

What Items are Not Accepted in an Apartment Cleanout?

We are happy to remove everything with the exception of hazard waste like chemicals, paints and combustibles.
